Urban Style Building Services Pty Ltd is a building company based in Bulli who specialise in commercial and residential construction, servicing the Illawarra, Sydney, the Southern Highlands and South Coast areas.

APARTMENT COMPLEX'S
On this construction of a residential block of 4 units and basement, I was under strict building regulations due to the very tight confines of the building envelope and protection orders on a 100 year old fig tree. I managed to successfully meet these requirements and deliver the project to the client with a building ready for rental.
RENOVATION AND ADDITIONS
Once engaging in a renovation and/or addition I work closely with the designer and the client in the early stages to make sure the construction will go seamlessly. I provide a well organised team to complete the project in a timely fashion so there is minimal impact on the family. My team are dedicated to delivering a high quality product and meeting the level of finishes and budget set by the client.
